About
Sarah Kirk, MS, MFT
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT38467) with a private practice in Southern California. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.

For over two decades, I’ve worked with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families across a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adoption, infertility, perinatal loss, and relationship challenges. I specialize in individual, couples, family, and group therapy, drawing on advanced training in conflict resolution and perinatal mental health.

My own experiences with motherhood and personal loss have deepened my empathy and drive to support others through life's most difficult transitions. I’m passionate about creating a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can explore, heal, and grow. Together, we work toward meaningful change, emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
